Main principles and rules for using Almanetwork-b2b
Access to the portal is free and limited to companies registered and/or operating with the Marche region in possession of the necessary requisites. To log-in, Companies must submit the documents and information required, which allows both the creation of an anonymous profile consisting of a brief description of the products and services offered – as well as a full profile which will contain all the information and documents accessible only upon the specific request of a Partner.
Companies registered on the website may showcase their products and service and indicate their interest in exporting to specific countries. Companies may also provide commercial data and their desire to participate in a matching exercise. Companies will not be given access to Partner profiles registered on the portal.
Foreign Partners will only be able to access the anonymous profile provided by registered Companies. The name of the company will not be disclosed until such time as a genuine interest is expressed and matching commences.
At this point a business to business virtual meeting will be organized between the Company and Partner. Such meetings may be held individually or collectively depending on the preferences of the Company and/or the Partner.
Information, documents and data received by ALMA NETWORK B2B will not be divulged to the Partner until such time that a matching process commences.
Our service in action
Search companies by multiple criterias
Partners will be able to gain access to the portal and view the anonymous profiles of the registered companies following a search by selecting certain criteria and areas of interest.
View results and evaluate each one
Upon insertion of the search criteria, the anonymous profiles containing a general description of the Italian company will be made available. Specific details will not be disclosed.
Ask for the companies contacts
Foreign Partners interested in a profile will gain access to further data only if and when they make a specific request to ALMA.NETWORK to get in touch with the Company.

Once the request has been accepted by ALMA.NETWORK, a virtual meeting is set up between the selected company and the foreign partner either:
- Privately between the company and the foreign partner or;
- During an event to which both Partner and Company will be invited to participate
Modalità di registrazione degli utenti al portale
Al fine di poter accedere al portale, e beneficiare dei servizi forniti da AL.MA, del tutto gratuiti e senza alcun vincolo contrattuale, gli utenti sono chiamati a fornire documenti, informazioni e dettagli di natura societaria e commerciale, per presentare adeguatamente l’impresa ai partner stranieri, il tutto in lingua inglese.
Di seguito si forniscono le istruzioni ed i passaggi principali per richiedere ed ottenere l’accreditamento al portale ed accedere ai servizi, mediante l’utilizzo della piattaforma digitale e fornendo riscontro via e-mail all’indirizzo [email protected]
Step 1
Per richiedere l’accesso, l’impresa interessata dovrà compiere le seguenti attività.

Compilazione e sottoscrizione del contratto di utilizzo gratuito del portale e dei servizi di AL.MA. nonché sottoscrizione del modulo di autorizzazione al trattamento dati – ALLEGATO A –

Compilazione e sottoscrizione del FORM qui allegato, inserendo le specifiche informazioni societarie e anagrafiche richieste, oltrechè le informazioni commerciali
e sui prodotti o servizi da presentare. Saranno richieste anche le disponibilità, i paesi d’interesse ed ogni informazione utile ai fini di una corretta presentazione
dell’azienda – ALLEGATO B -.Saranno richiesti i seguenti documentiVisura società da cui si rilevino i poteri di legale rappresentanza, sede sociale e l’oggetto sociale, Copia del documento d’identità del legale rappresentante, Company profile in lingua inglese, Ulteriori presentazioni o descrizioni aziendali.P.S. Per Company profile si intende una descrizione dell’azienda in lingua inglese, che contenga dati ed informazioni appetibili sull’azienda in lingua inglese, che rappresenti i dati ed informazioni più appetibili sull’azienda e sui prodotti offerti , possibilmente
corredato delle informazioni tecniche di maggiore interesse.
Step 2
Consiste nella fase di validazione e di autorizzazione all’accesso della piattaforma da parte dei gestori, in termini di verifica sulla sussistenza dei requisiti di accesso. In questa fase, verrà fornita assistenza telefonica e via e-mail per ogni questione circa la trasmissione dei dati e delle informazioni. La piattaforma garantisce la possibilità di integrare informazioni e documentazione, nonché di modificarli nel corso del rapporto
Step 3
Attribuzione di codice utente e delle credenziali di accesso per accedere ai servizi della piattaforma. Accesso alla piattaforma e possibilità di richiedere servizi e di visionare eventi o fiere. Monitoraggio di eventi, fIere etc… mediante agenda virtuale e mailing list
